Private Equity

Seer’s Private Equity platform is built for direct, thesis-driven investing in operating businesses. We focus on sectors where innovation, operational discipline, and capital structure decisions materially change outcomes. Our approach is selective, standards-driven, and grounded in fundamentals: durable demand, clear unit economics, and management teams that can execute.

We invest with a long-horizon mindset and a preference for companies with measurable performance, scalable operations, and defensible market position. Where appropriate, we may support growth initiatives, strategic expansion, operational modernization, and selective M&A.

Direct Sector Investment

Seer targets opportunities where strategy, execution, and capital can compound enterprise value. We invest across the following focus areas:

Investment Focus:
Technology & Innovation: Applied AI, automation, software platforms, cybersecurity, and data infrastructure that modernize how businesses operate
Health, Life Sciences & Human Advancement: Digital health services, MedTech, diagnostics, and biotechnology enabling better outcomes and more efficient care
Real Assets & Essential Systems: Logistics networks, industrial modernization, energy transition, and resilient platforms supporting real-world demand
Consumer, Lifestyle & Experiences: Modern food and beverage, wellness, community-driven brands, and experience-led businesses shaping contemporary lifestyles
Capital Solutions & Global Opportunity: Growth-oriented credit, liquidity solutions, structured investments, and technology-enabled trading and risk systems that improve profitability and flexibility

We also invest selectively across Frontier Horizons, including fusion-enabling energy, advanced robotics, engineered biology, next-generation materials, and aerospace systems, where conviction, access, and operating capabilities align.

Submitting Opportunities to Seer

Companies seeking private equity investment may submit opportunities for prospective review through a Seer representative. We review qualified submissions on a rolling basis, with priority given to opportunities that meet baseline diligence and operating standards.

Submission standards (high-level):
No pre-revenue businesses: we do not review pre-revenue opportunities
Audited financials required: submissions must include audited historical financial statements (or equivalent institutional-grade reporting)
Operating track record: demonstrated execution history and an established customer or revenue base
Revenue standards: businesses should meet minimum revenue thresholds appropriate to their sector and stage, with clear visibility into recurring or repeatable revenue drivers
Decision-ready materials: clear use of proceeds, ownership/cap table context, and a defined transaction objective (growth equity, majority/minority, recapitalization, etc.)

Submitting does not imply interest, a mandate, or an obligation to proceed. Any engagement remains subject to Seer’s internal underwriting, diligence, and governance processes.

What We Look For:

Seer prioritizes businesses with:
▪ clear product-market fit and defensible positioning
